“Federal Register subscriptions used to land in my inbox every morning. Now I get one email when something I actually own changes.”
The problem
Our Federal Register inbox was unusable. We were subscribed to FMCSA, PHMSA, OSHA, and a handful of EPA alerts because our fleet operations touched all of them. Most days, the alerts didn’t affect us. The days they did, it was buried in a 700-page daily digest.
I started ignoring the alerts. That’s not a great compliance posture.
What changed
We migrated to RegLogic at the Small Business tier and built citation-scoped subscriptions for our actual stack. 49 CFR 391, 393, 395. PHMSA emergency orders. The OSHA standards we touch.
Now I get one email, at 7 AM on the days something we own changes. With a summary, before/after diff, and the effective and compliance dates surfaced.
The result
I read the email. Every time. It’s rare enough that it earns my attention, and scoped enough that it’s always actionable.
We caught a PHMSA emergency order in February that we would have missed under the old workflow. That alone was worth the year of subscription.
