A few principles.
We’re editorial-first. Every change in RegLogic, every amendment, every Letter of Interpretation, every state edition , gets reviewed by a person before it ships. The mantra is ‘a day late and right beats on time and wrong.’
We’re a small team. There’s no software theater , no all-hands kickoffs for one-paragraph features, no vanity metrics on the engineering channel. The work and the quality of the work are what we discuss.
We’re remote-first with a Bastrop, TX HQ. The editorial team has been in Bastrop for 30 years. The software team is spread across the U.S. We get together a couple of times a year.
